100% electric estate maintenance
Weekly landscape maintenance with battery-powered equipment: quiet enough for a weekend morning, no exhaust, no gas smell, and the same foreman on your property year after year.
Blue Claw's maintenance division runs 100% electric. Every mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer and blower on our maintenance routes is battery powered. We have no gas equipment on our maintenance routes.
We made the switch for our clients and for our crews. Electric equipment is much quieter, which matters on weekend properties, in tight village neighborhoods and around guests. There is no exhaust drifting through open windows or across the pool, and our crews don't spend the day breathing fumes and absorbing engine noise.

Quiet, zero-emission, same foreman.
Noise. Battery equipment runs far quieter than gas, so our crews can work without waking the house or drowning out a conversation on the next property.
Emissions. Our maintenance equipment burns no gas on site, so there is no exhaust, no fuel smell and no fuel spills on your lawn or stone.
Local rules. Several Cape Cod and Islands communities have begun restricting gas-powered landscape equipment. Our maintenance routes already run electric, so new rules won't change your service.
The same foreman. We keep a small number of properties per crew. The foreman who walks your property in April is the one who knows it in October and the one who is back next year. Full program details are on our estate maintenance page.

Questions we get often.
Is every piece of maintenance equipment electric?
Yes. Every mower, trimmer, hedge trimmer and blower on our maintenance routes is battery powered.
Does electric equipment do the same job as gas?
For estate maintenance, yes. Commercial battery mowers, trimmers and blowers handle weekly lawn, bed and cleanup work on the properties we maintain.
Is electric maintenance more expensive?
Programs are quoted by property scope, the same as any maintenance program. You are not paying a separate premium for electric equipment.
Will I have the same crew every week?
Yes. The same foreman and crew maintain your property week to week and year to year. That consistency is the core of our maintenance program.
Do you maintain properties you didn't build?
Yes. Many of our maintenance clients came to us for maintenance first. We start with a full property walk-through and a written scope.
Often built together.
