Marshfield is two markets — coastal and inland — and we work both. Along Brant Rock and Rexhame Beach we install hardscape that survives direct ocean exposure: salt-tolerant plantings, frost-protected bluestone, drainage engineered for storm overwash. Inland, around the horse-country off Union Street and Plain Street, we build walled gardens and long fieldstone driveway aprons on larger lots.

What makes Marshfield interesting is the variety of property types in a small radius. A coastal cottage on Ocean Street and a 4-acre inland estate off Webster Street need entirely different approaches — different plants, different stone, different drainage strategy — but the same standard of craft. We staff Marshfield projects with foremen who can read both site types.

Common Marshfield projects: full new-construction landscape packages on inland builds; salt-tolerant planting and drainage retrofits on existing coastal properties; fieldstone wall restoration on heritage lots; and weekly maintenance programs that include irrigation oversight, lawn care, and pruning of established perennial beds.

After a March nor'easter overwashed a Brant Rock property, we re-graded the front of the house to shed water back to the road, set a stone-veneer flood barrier into the garage foundation, and rebuilt the bluestone front walk with a permeable joint detail. The next storm, the property stayed dry.
