Landscape construction is the starting point when a project combines grading, drainage, patios or walks, planting and lighting. Coordinating those scopes together helps the finished landscape work as one system, especially where changes in grade or water movement affect the hardscape and planting.
Choose natural stone masonry when the main scope is a wall, terrace, walkway, set of steps, fireplace, chimney or stone veneer. Material, base preparation, drainage and the relationship to the surrounding grade should be considered before the stone pattern is finalized.
