Eastham stretches from Cape Cod Bay to the Atlantic, with the Cape Cod National Seashore along its ocean side — Nauset Light, Coast Guard Beach and the Fort Hill trails — and First Encounter Beach and the bay-side neighborhoods to the west. In between are wooded lots and kettle ponds such as Great Pond. We build and maintain landscapes for year-round homes and seasonal properties across town.

Eastham's sandy soil drains fast and holds little, and the wind off both shores dries plantings out quickly. That changes how we build: amended planting beds, plants chosen for sun, salt and drought, irrigation set up to water deeply but less often, and paving and steps on compacted, frost-protected bases so they stay level in loose ground. Properties near the ponds, marshes or coastal banks often need Conservation Commission review before work starts, and we build that into the plan.
