1. Program description
Blue Claw may send you SMS or MMS text messages related to:
- Project scheduling, site-visit confirmations, and crew arrival times.
- Estimates, proposals, and follow-up questions about your project.
- Property updates from your project foreman or maintenance crew.
- Application status and interview scheduling, if you've applied for a position.
- Important account or service notices.
We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.
2. Opt-in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number through a form (estimate request, application, or similar) or by texting us directly. By doing so, you confirm you are the account holder of that mobile number and authorize us to send text messages to it.
3. Opt-out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message we send. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message; you will not receive further texts unless you opt back in.

5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project and the season. During an active build, you may receive multiple messages per week from your project manager or foreman. During quieter periods you may receive only occasional messages.
6. Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Blue Claw is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
7. Supported carriers
Texting is supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We treat your phone number and message contents as confidential and do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued participation in text messaging after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
